What is the return policy?

The exact procedure for returns and refunds vary depending on the product that you've purchased. Please contact our team for assistance. Please note that custom made orders, are excluded from the possibility to return. 

Shipping fees for returning are at customer expenses. 

Can I receive an invoice?

You can download your order receipt in your account. The details of your order als sent to tour e-mail. 

Do you need a formal VAT invoice for business purposes? Please reach out and we will provide one upon request. 

What are your shipping times?

This will depend on your ordered items. 

Software
If you purchased a license, you will receive the license info within 48 hours (usually faster). 

Hardware
Most items in our webshop will ship within 1-2 weeks. For some items, for example pilot seats, the lead time could be longer. Pilot Seats usually ships in 30-60 days. 

How much are the shipping fees?

We cannot always calculate shipping fees correctly. This has to do with the fact that items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and is depending on multiple factors. 

Once we have reviewed your order we will add the shipping fees. Once your order is updated, you can cancel free of charge if you don't accept the shipping charges. A full refund will be provided.
